  1. Hi Cameron

Welcome to the Summer Learning Journey for the 2018 summer. My name is Allie and I am the cluster manager for Toki Pounamu and I will be commenting on your blog over the summer. I am really looking forward to reading what you post. Well done for completing your first post.

There are so many cool things about living in New Zealand and I think we are very lucky to live here.
We also live in a pretty neat place of New Zealand. The West Coast is a great place to live.
Can you think of something fun to do here that is really cool and you would be able to tell someone from overseas about? I would tell them about the Pancake Rocks and Blowholes at Punakaiki. I think that they are an amazing place to visit.

Remember to make your posts at least 3 sentences long and you can add colour and images to make them more interesting to read and look at.

Well done and keep up the good work.

    Until next time

    Allie :)

  2. Dear Cameron,
Well done getting your first post up on your blog. I would love to read more of your blogs. One of my favourite things to do is to show visitors around the West Coast. I would definitely do as Allie suggests and take visitors to Punakaiki. I read in the Grey Star the other day that the visitors to Punakaiki have increased by 400 people each day this summer.
    Cheers
