These sounds absolutely delicious!!! Get mum to send me a photo if you end up making them. We love having pancakes in the weekend too but do you know...........I normally cheat and buy the 'Just Add Water' packets. I promise I will try this recipe out and see how I go!
Hi Cam, I am drooling thinking of pancakes right now! Both my boys have been sleeping in during our lockdown time, so I haven't gotten around to making them pancakes. I saw a video recently where they dipped long slices of banana into the pancake batter ... they looked so delicious too! Do you prefer to have maple syrup, chocolate syrup or lemon juice and sugar to go with your pancakes?
